Job Description
- Merekap data Sales -- Booking Fee (DEC & Online), Cold, Hot dan Payment Schedule, GMV (25% & 50%), penghitungan komisi, menyocokkan data manual dan sistem (dashboard, redash dan slack).
- Rekap data Riset -- Data keluhan dan kendala klien dan data productivity designer & drafter sebagai acuan kebijakan.
- Rekap data Finance -- Mengurus reimburse tim Demand interior Jabodetabek, mengurus pembayaran Outsource & Part-time (invoice, PO, PR).
- Merekap keperluan di Showroom -- Update sampel material dan BOQ, update flyer promo yang di-display di DEC, update jadwal mingguan shift Designer yang available di DEC, mengurus administrasi perbaikan interior DEC dari laporan IDSM ke Finance & HRGA & Expansion.
- Sampel Material -- Mengurus pengiriman sampel material antara tim workshop ke klien, kantor, DEC Jabodetabek dan DEC kota lain
- Portfolio -- Atur schedule pembuatan video antara tim terkait (tim Marketing, Designer, PM dan Klien), update portfolio di website melalui Django.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S1, fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
- Familiar dengan Google Spreadsheet / Ms. Excel beserta rumusnya.
- Bisa join secepatnya.
- Diutamakan berdomisili Jakarta Barat.
- Bersedia Work from Office - Srengseng, Jakarta Barat (Senin - Jumat).
