Job Description
- Store Visual Retail Communication Strategic & Development
- Store Activation & Campaign Visual Management
- The ability to create a comprehensive creative concept, and translate creative briefs into a powerful creative idea
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline store marketing material ( Baliho, umbul umbul etc )
- Nurture a team of designers & ensure project pipelines are executed on time & effectively
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience
- Ensure a consistent & high standard of visual execution across all media
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- Demonstrable art directing skills with a compelling strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- 3-4 years' experience in retail store
- Able to lead in decision making & creative thinking
- Have a good eye for aesthetics & visual details
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Family & Figma
- Motion design is a plus
