Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor graduate in Management Business or Human Resources from reputable university
- Min. 5 years’ working experience in related field with last 1- 2 years’ working in retail company
- Good knowledge of retail operation
- High attention to detail and initiatives, also able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic worker, possess an ability to handle multiple task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- People oriented and strong communication
- Possess a strong ability to form meaningful relationships with people, being very approachable and relatable
- High interest in home & living retail business
