Job Description
- Conduct monthly tax compliance, submission in timely accurate and proper manner (Including SPT Tax Art 21,23,25,4(2), 26, and VAT)
- Provide tax invoice for sales transaction, VAT report and summary calculations for VAT-In and VAT-out
- Responsible for computing, reconciliation, payment and filing of monthly tax returns within deadlines
- Prepare and maintain Form DGT-1 / COD from Overseas Vendors
- Review payment voucher and prepare WHT tax slip (bukti potong) for all vendors
- Handle registration of NPWP, eFIN, e-Filing and e-Nofa from Tax Authority applications
- Assist with month end closing and prepare necessary journal entries for the reconciliation purpose related to tax
- Support External Audit & Tax Audit
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate has a bachelor Degree in Accounting, Tax Administration or Finance
- Min. 1 year experience working experience in Accounting & Tax
- Having Brevet A&B Certificate will be an advantage
- Proficient in Ms. Office (word, excel and ppt) and tax application software (i.e. e-Faktur and e-SPT)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to join ASAP
- Familiar with several accounting system / application
