Job Description
- Perform Quality Checking of designers’ design result (includes technical drawing) to ensure clients’ goals and needs have been met in a timely manner
- Monitor designers’ performance and progress (includes the design timeline) to ensure quality and timeliness are met
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Reach out to client leads through cold calling and work closely with OSA to set up meetings (MKP) with clients to understand their needs and present Dekoruma D&B service process
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Monitor designers’ projects schedule and adjust if necessary
- Work closely with other team such as Technical Visit Specialist, Quantity Surveyor, Product team, QC DMC, Project Manager, and Drafter, on projects assigned in order to ensure the projects are executed properly and timely
- Manage Dekoruma portfolio by creating concept, determine the highlights, ensure data (price, style, etc) is complete and photo is proper to be uploaded into Dekoruma website
- Check, approve, and input designers invoices (basic fee, success fee, private label bonus, medical reimbursement) to Django (internal system)
- Check material sample to be sent to designers and ensure clients receive the sample in a good condition and in a timely manner
- Build, lead, and to an extent where needed, train, a team of designers (Dekoruma Designer Program) in an efficient and capable manner, including setting team goals and objectives
- Monitor project progress and solve the issues along with related departments to minimize product/design absorption; also work together with DDP to communicate it to clients
- Manage pricing, billing, and collections to clients
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Minimum Qualifications
- Placement for Semarang & Pekanbaru Area
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor graduate in Interior Design or Architecture from reputable university
- Minimum 3-4 years’ working experience as interior designers, handle end-to-end process of finished private residential or commercial (office, hotel, etc) projects
- Good knowledge of materials, design standards, building construction
- Able to interpret and translate drawings into good design that meet clients’ needs
- Advanced knowledge of design software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop
- High attention to detail and initiatives, also able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
