Marketing Automation Associate

1. Work closely with the Technology team to build in-house marketing technology products
2. Responsible for marketing campaign initiatives that deliver sales and customer retention
3. Create, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns
4. Come up with the curation and creation of email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp
5. Run A/B tests for campaigns to optimize performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate can come from any quantitative fields (Computer Science, Information System, Engineering tc) – basically fields where bazillion numbers & technology are involved
• Have at least 1 year experience in related fields
• Self motivated, fond of challenges and sincere willingness to get things done
• A team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess a growth mindset, willing to keep learning and acquiring new skills
• Able to translate data and insights into actionable plans
