Job Description
- Control daily stores/sales channel operations, develop & review SOP implementation and operations excellence
- Develop strategy to ensure good and well-maintained customer's experience standard within all stores
- Work with store development leads for offline new projects including recruitmen manpower planning and training
- Monitor market trend to be adapted with our business model and actions
Minimum Qualifications
- Posses Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- MInimum 3 years in similar position and in working in related industry
- Have strong operational and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Energetic and willing to work with frequent mobility
