Job Description

  • By finding also validating customer's needs to solved any kind of repeated complaints
  • By analyzing online customer's behaviour to provide business recommendation
  • By proposing new business initiative to increase customer satisfaction including evaluating standard of Excellence Services
  • By optimize any kind of tools, customer management system, and technical workflow to improve customer satisfaction also business efficiency
  • By doing quality assurance regularly to each customer service agent to be aware and committed in achieving team's objective in term of productivity each agent

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in customer service, mainly at online B2C company
  • Must have a grasp on numbers and willing to handle large volumes of data and analysis
  • Quick learner and highly action oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage/influence multiple stakeholders, good cross functional skill
  • Experienced in CRM system & strategy, such as Freshdesk, WABA management system, etc.


  • Having strong ability to know and understand customer's need or preference
  • Having excellence communication skill and proper knowledge about linguistic skill
  • Problem solver with providing excellent solution attitude
  • Having good time management, adaptability, and multi-tasking
