Job Description
- Participates in the design, development, implementation and execution of talent management programs and initiatives that drive desired (leadership) behavior, increase employee engagement and mobility and accelerate performance to deliver business results.
- Supports the talent review/succession planning process including coordination of calibration sessions, assistance with creation and tracking progress of development plans, monitoring succession plans, and maintaining talent profiles.
- Works closely with Learning & Development, HR Business Partners and line management to support the execution of follow up initiatives, coming from the yearly talent processes like the Talent Review process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from Psychology, Management, Business Administration
- Previous work experience is minimum of 1-2 years in Talent Management (FMCG/ Corporate/ Start up)
Skills required
- Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with others inside and outside of own team
