Job Description
- Responsible for the whole Production Planning and Inventory Control activities by coordinating production workflow for project manufacturing request to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum delay
- Involved with other job tasks relevant to Supply Chain, such as Warehousing, Distribution and Logistics.
- Utilize Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Maintain the production BOM (Bill of Material) system and BOP (Bill of Process) calculation to ensure manufacturing profitability target in business level
- Maintain inventory stock level and buffer stock planning for production needs with inventory team
- Work cross-functionally with other divisions both internally and externally
- Supervise, guide and develop the team
- Identify problems, analyze and come up with solutions to maintain smooth work-flows
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
- 5+ years of professional working experiences in Supply Chain or PPIC specifically, preferably comes from Manufacturing background.
Skills :
- Expert in utilizing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system and generate Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Have excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Good at math and statistics
- Have great communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
