Job Description
- Prepare financial forms, documents, and reports.
- Control all payments are in line with the SOP in terms of the completeness of the supporting documents and validity of invoice and tax invoice.
- Maintenance Cash Advance Employee
- Monitor and analyze daily transaction, and report feedback to the team.
- Monthly Closing (accrual invoicing, prepare listing for FS)
- Review budget activities completed by the Budget Owner with accurate baseline, information, and proper justification.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Accounting
- Familiar with financial accounting journal
- Expert in MS Office Excel
- Have good communication and able to explain things in detail with external vendors, internal and external departments.
- Able to master the systems quickly
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Detail oriented and well organized
