Job Description
- Lead the direction, conceptualization, and design of Dekoruma brand expressions for various channels and media
- Translate marketing and creative strategies into creative communications that makes customers take action.
- Develop marketing and branding collaterals that tell a compelling brand story for Dekoruma
- Work with cross-functional teams on various projects and initiatives
- Supervise the team’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team in developing new ideas to effectively communicate Dekoruma’s brand story and brand campaign
- Formulate the communication & visuals in creative products to support sales and marketing through communication data-driven analysis.
- Achieve visual-related target while streamlining the process through structured workflow and design system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in an art direction function, preferably from both agency and in-house companies
- Proven ability to design and conceptualize ideas, and tell a compelling brand story
- Proficient with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Strong communication skills and is able to articulate abstract concepts clearly and simply
- Experience leading and guiding a team to success
