Job Description
- Maintain relationship with partner
- With Senior Business partnership, planning a good collaboration or program with external partner
- Negotiate with partner to get a good barter value
- Support campaign program for all Dekoruma’s Business Unit
- Support and maintain payment for All Dekoruma's Business Unit
- Analysis & review campaign performance
- Affiliate with internal dan external team to make sure no trouble that may impact sales performance
- Present good communication with related department and external partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate/new entry level
- Passionate about campaign and partnership
- Have experience with payment/bank partnership will be a plus
- Excellent track records, and having the right network and connection to partners.
- Demonstrated consistency in hitting sales target
- Highly-focused multi-tasker, and excellent presentation and negotiation skill.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good communication in English and Bahasa
