Job Description
- You are responsible for the marketing budget of a business unit.
- You will drive Dekoruma branding and campaigns through robust past and cross-function analysis on campaign productivity.
- You will drive high-impact marketing projects leveraging our multiple sales channels and marketing efforts.
- You are responsible to work closely with data to track and monitor the performance from the agreed marketing plan target set.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least 3 years of working experience in B2C eCommerce or internet marketing, and retail or FMCG marketing.
- Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a proven successful track record.
- Strong leadership skill, a proactive individual with a strong sense of accomplishment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven project management experience.
- Self-starter, able to thrive and provide clarity in ambiguous operational circumstances.
- Good degree holder from reputable University.
