Job Description
- Maintaining P&L to ensure profitability of business unit
- Day to day management of sales, ensuring that it is on track for achieving target
- Setting sales & marketing activity target to manage activities within the team
- Analyzing the success of sku products and programs implementation, and provide reports
- Prepare OTB according sales history and sales budget (which SKUs to sell, complete with the qty and amount)
- Monitoring market trend to be adapted with our business model and actions
- Responsible to evaluate and create innovation programs to increase sales
- Create the direction to expand new sales channel and market: Expand New Offline Channel; Expand New Market Coverage
- Oversee and control daily stores operations, including SOP implementation and operations excellence
- Oversee and develop strategy to ensure good and well-maintained customer's experience standard within all stores
- Working with the sales team, on the approaches in growing the business
- Train the sales and supporting teams to have the required knowledge on product, market, and business
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or other relevant field
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Brand Management, Merchandising, and E-commerce Brand Management are also welcomed
- Background in Home & Living industry would be a plus
- Able to operate advanced MS Office
- Have experienced projects of setting up new system
- Have experienced working in a growing & fast pacing company environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
- Posses analytical thinking and strong business acumen
- Attention to detail
- End to end Project Management capability
- People person and able to work both independently and in team
- Positive, active and passionate in doing what she/he does, completed with continuous improvement mindset
