Job Description
RECRUITMENT:
- Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end ( from sourcing to offering)
- Reporting the progress of recruitment on weekly and monthly basis
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through multiple platforms, including both online & offline: professional groups on social media and during recruitment events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set suitable qualification criteria for future employees
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
EMPLOYEE BRANDING SPECIALIST:
- Researching & gather insights on the talent market to find relevant audiences for the company
- Developing and contributing ideas on engagement programs to attract potential new hires
- Delivering and portraying the correct employee value proposition that represents the company
Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION
- Min. Bachelor's Degree, graduated from a reputable university
- Having minimum 3 year experience in recruitment
- Have experiences to conduct mass recruitment process is an advantage
SKILLS
- Ability to multitask and result-oriented
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, creative, tough & fast learner.
