Job Description

Recruitment Jobdesc:

  • Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
  • Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end:
    • Reporting the progress of recruitment on weekly and monthly basis
    • Create and publish job ads in various portals
    • Network with potential hires through multiple platforms, including both online & offline: professional groups on social media and during recruitment events
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to set suitable qualification criteria for future employees
    • Screen resumes and job applications
    • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
    • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
    • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
    • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
    • Host and participate in job fairs
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
    • Distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

Employee Branding Specialist Jobdesc:

  • Researching & gather insights on the talent market to find relevant audiences for the company
  • Developing and contributing ideas on engagement programs to attract potential new hires
  • Delivering and portraying the correct employee value proposition that represents the company
  • Finding the best candidate sources
  • Setting up recruiting events
  • Building candidate pipelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • Min. Bachelor's Degree, graduated from a reputable university
  • Having minimum 2 years experience in recruitment
  • Have a good knowledge of recruitment techniques & processes
  • Have good knowledge in interviewing skill & assessment skill
  • Have experiences to conduct global recruitment process
  • Have an extensive network or connections around the world is a plus.
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Ability to multitask and result-oriented
  • Have good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Have analysis ability, dynamic, creative, tough & fast learner.
