Customer Success Officer


Job Description

  • Menjawab pertanyaan/permintaan pelanggan baik melalui telepon, email, tatap muka, ataupun media social (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Menghubungi pelanggan bila terdapat masalah pada pesanannya
  • Menyelidiki, menghubungi pihak terkait, dan menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan yang masuk.
  • Memberikan informasi tentang layanan dan prosedur

Minimum Qualifications

  • Lulus SMU atau sederajat
  • Mampu mengoperasikan computer, terutama Email dan internet
  • Memiliki sopan santun yang baik dalam menjawab telepon dan percakapan lisan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dalam memberikan jawaban tertulis.
  • Pantang menyerah dan siap menghadapi tekanan, terutama keluhan pelanggan.
  • Mampu bekerjasama dengan team, terbuka untuk menerima hal-hal baru, dan selalu berusaha mengembangkan diri
  • Mampu belajar hal-hal baru dan dapat menyerap pengetahuan tentang produk interior dengan baik dan cepat
  • Pengalaman dalam bisnis online, media social, atau dunia home& living akan menjadi nilai tambah.
