Job Description

Dekoruma strives to make your dream home come true. Business Development is the glue for our growth building blocks. We connect various stakeholders & partners to provide better services for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build & nurture relationship with our strategic partners with Banks, Property Developers, Hotels, Medias, and Telcos, and other businesses.
- Manage end to end marketing strategy & campaigns
- Explore and initiate data-driven business venture
- Analyze and optimize on going business partnership model
- Understand partner's business needs & advocate for Dekoruma's business interests
- Multiply company growth through strategic alliance
- Conduct market research to understand customer's needs
- Manage stakeholders, resources, risks and deliverables
- Proactively create a good working relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally
Minimum Qualifications
- Business Administration/Engineering/Finance/Hospitality from top-notch universities
- 5 years of working experience
- Previous experience working with key stakeholders or owners in accommodation or property industry is preferred
- Ambitious, driven and entrepreneurial
- Strong interpersonal communication skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Exceptional quantitative skill (analytical & critical thinking)
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for company core values at all time
