Job Description
- Processing Monthly payroll for 2 business units
- Dealing with third party vendors like Tax Consultant, Actuary
- Providing Data for Auditor
- Processing Monthly BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan
- Developing, Analyzing and Updating company's salary budget
- Interviewing candidates from Senior to Manager Levels
- Processing and Maintaining Company Policy
- Conducting Exit interviews
- Managing Performance Review
- Managing and Overseeing company benefit
- Provides resource, guidance or referrals for employee seeking counseling
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Degree will be Bachelor Degree / S1
- Majoring in Psychology, Management, HR will be preferred
- Must at least have 2-4 years of experience
- Preferred have experience in Corporate and Start-Up World
- Provides country-specific leadership on HR matters, including but not limited to salary benefits/compensation, employee counseling, and employee engagement.
- Strong team building and employee mediation skills
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Experience working with Millennials and Gen X employees
- Subject matter expertise for Indonesia HR laws
