Job Description
- Mengumpulkan dan mencatat informasi mengenai material dan biaya tenaga kerja
- Menghitung nilai proyek serta pekerjaan tambahan lainnya
- Secara berkala mengevaluasi daftar harga yang ada untuk mengoptimalkan biaya dan harga eceran
Minimum Qualifications
- Gelar sarjana apa saja, namun gelar dalam bidang Interior atau Arsitektur adalah nilai tambah
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang properti/survei kuantitas/interior atau konstruksi
- Memperhatikan detil terkecil, termasuk dalam pekerjaan administratif
- Dapat bekerjasama dalam tim
- Dapat berkomunikasi lisan dan tulisan dengan baik
- Dapat beradaptasi dalam lingkungan startup yang serba cepat dan dinamis dengan beban kerja yang menantang
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai struktur biaya dalam interior dan harga pasar untuk barang-barang tertentu
