Decathlon Philippines is in a pioneer phase and we are looking for a property development manager in order to open stores in a near future.

As a property development manager, you need to be on the ball at all moments: seeking out and acquiring sites where new stores can be opened, to further the business.

You will study the feasibility of each project, bid internally for approval of the site and obtain the necessary authorizations the relevant authorities. All along the process you are developing strong relationships with the local authority partners.

The core competencies expected are:

• Writing down the vision of cities and scheduling the development of the territory with the operator
• Prospecting and acquiring sites for opening, enlargement, relocation of stores and other activities (diversification, office, warehouse, etc)
• Designing and developing each site
• Obtaining the internal authorization to carry out the operations
• Obtaining the administrative and commercial authorizations
• Being responsible for the project up to its achievement.
• Experience and knowledge of real estate laws is a serious advantage.

Sportive, vital, helpful, practical and responsible, an experience of minimum 3 years in real estate development link with retail will be necessary for this position.

The area covered will be mainly Metro Manila and other targeted cities like Cebu and Davao.

Job based in Manila- Attractive salary and bonus-You will report directly to the CEO.
