Social Media Manager  

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who will be expected to design, facilitate and execute communication campaigns primarily through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms.

Specific Tasks:

• Formulate communication proposals and strategize social media campaigns based on the needs and specifications of clients
• Present proposals and communicate with clients
• Create content (e.g. text articles, graphics, edited photos, videos) to be posted on social media platforms
• Monitor performance of social media campaigns using basic analytics
• Create reports to track performance of campaigns on social media

Requirements:

• With at least an undergraduate degree in the fields of Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Information Technology, Information Design, Graphic Design and Web Development or similar courses
• With working experience in the fields of journalism, broadcasting, web or social media management
• With experience in writing press releases and features, providing content for traditional and online media, editing and proofreading and/or social media and graphic design

Skills Needed:

• Can write and speak proficiently in English and Filipino
• Can experly navigate and use social media websites (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
• Can use graphic design, photo-editing, and video-editing applications for content creation
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications:

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and similar applications for graphic and content creation
• Expertise in social media and web analytics
• Extensive experience in web design and development
