Job Description
- Oversee operations of all stores
- Communicates sales targets to store heads making sure that targets are met
- Conducts monthly management meeting
- Does performance evaluation of all Front of the house staff including heads
- Monitors costs and implements cost-efficient measures to lessen cost
- Customer Service Audit weekly
- Audit on Petty Cash Fund for all stores
- Checks on product quality and makes sure that standards are met at all time
- Suggests marketing programs to increase sales
- Reporting of sales
- Oversee movement of retail items as well as monitoring of expiration dates
- Scheduling of staffs
- Other duties that may be assigned by Management
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience gained within a restaurant environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills for handling staff and customers
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledgeable in a computer system and reporting
- Experienced in marketing, budgeting, and forecasting
- Able to cope under pressure and able to multi-task
- Has good business awareness for achieving successful performance
- Strong, team management skills
- Strong planning, organizational skills, and leadership skills
- The ability to work independently and confidently to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company
- With high integrity and flexible
- Must be professional, presentable and guest oriented
