Our Brand Eric Kayser is an Artisanal Parisian Bakery and Café which originated in Paris France by Chef Eric Kayser. The concept is based on Craftsmen Bakers respecting bakery tradition using natural liquid leaven. We are recognised for our technical innovations, new recipes, and a constant search for the best quality ingredients. Our bread, pastries and brioches are all produced with natural liquid leaven, produced in our baking rooms with the help of the Fermentolevain, a machine designed by Eric Kayser himself. We carry a wide variety of bread and pastries. In addition to these creations, sandwiches, quiches and salads are available in some of our shops as well.
