Job Description
- Manage all (5 or less) assigned clients’ social media channels and accounts
- Strategically schedule content & plan out social media campaigns for each assigned brand
- Create beautiful graphics that stand out, within client guidelines/branding
- Craft engaging blurbs, accdg to brand’s persona
- Schedule daily social media posts using tools like CoSchedule and Hootsuite
- Grow each social media page’s followship through guerilla strategies
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, acknowledging responses to DMs or posts, if & when necessary
- Provide basic customer service through the different platforms
- Keep stats and admin sheets updated on a weekly basis
- Report feedback/observations through social listening
- Attend the weekly team meetings
- Report to lead social media manager daily
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Communication or Marketing course
- Has amazing copywriting skills
- Has solid analytical skills
- Experience with handling social media accounts for brands
- Comfortable with using multiple social media tools
- Graphic design skills is a HUGE plus
- Knowledgeable about the other branches of digital marketing (SEO, Email Marketing, etc.)
- Adapts VERY WELL to an ever-changing industry
Home-Office Requirements
- Desktop computer or laptop (Windows 7 and above)
- At least 2mbps Wired Internet Connection - Router/modem should be physically connected to a wired line (phone line, fiber optics or cable)
- CPU (Processor) - Dual Core Processor or above
- Smartphone
