Job Description
- Plans meetings and takes detailed minutes and files these and other pertinent documents in an orderly manner.
- Tracks the payment process.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- Maintains updated client database.
- Provides shipping/delivery details to end users.
- Handles sales contracts.
- Sends out collaterals to clients.
- Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
