Job Description
We are looking for a Data Management Associate for our stock trading division who can manage and support the day to day operations of the company. He/She will be responsible of supporting the dealers in their daily market activities. The specific responsibilities are the following:
- Provides operational support to the Dealers daily market activities.
- Encodes and organizessoft and hard copies of clients' documents and other KYC requirements
- Updates all monitoring sheets
- Answers clients' concerns and issues on a daily basis
- Oversees activities and seminars
- Follows-up on antedees for activities and seminars such as Stock Market 101
Minimum Qualifications
- A holder of a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course (Business graduate preferred but not required)
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Can work under pressure
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Is proactive and goal-oriented
- Is a fast-learner
- Should possess strong networking and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly, Microsoft Excel
