Job Description
- Marketing Plan: Builds customer persona and identifies customer journey; Creates integrated marketing plans and concurrently leads marketing implementation for multiple companies and ventured projects in diverse industries including finance, medical, food, and retail
- Research: Uses Euromonitor, government reports, PSE reports, and the likes to gather data and statistics for key consumer insights and for measuring viability of next business
- Branding: Builds brands from the ground up; directs branding and rebranding initiatives; Develops with Creative team and/or agency re: brand bible and identity standard
- Campaign: Develops and implements yearly and seasonal campaigns for selected companies and projects based on key consumer insights for brand awareness and engagement
- Digital Marketing: Creates digital marketing strategies and develops digital initiatives (Facebook, Blogging, Video Marketing; Email; Website); Online advertisements; Creates website architecture (works with IT/supplier) for revamping websites; Uses Google Analytics and FB insights to measure success of campaigns
- Content Strategies: Develops content strategies for several platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube*, print, online, own blog) in alignment with marketing objectives
- Creatives: Directs and approves marketing design of collaterals (print and online); Writes script and directs and co-conceptualizes video materials (animation, highlights, educational videos, AVPs)
- Events: Supervises Events Team from conceptualization to execution of events including seminars, conferences, summit, tradeshows, etc.
- Partnerships: Initiates partnerships with universities and corporations for particular programs and events
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably majoring in Marketing or Communication Arts
- Male or Female
- Excellent overall communication skills in a number of different styles/tones
- Impeccable spelling and grammar
- Understands consumers and what motivates them online
- Great research, organizational, and leadership skills
- With significant engagements in social and digital media marketing
- Understands online marketing and other major marketing channels
- Understands web design, web development, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with the ability to multi-task
- With significant engagements in social and digital media marketing
- Experience in Events Management
