Job Description
- To meet the sales target from their assigned areas
- To prospect, send proposals offer MRACC products, negotiate and close new businesses
- To prepare sales proposals and sales pitch presentations to clients
- To submit weekly call reports and sales reports or as prescribed by management
- To generate enrollments to the facility and loan applications from employees
- To conduct market surveys and scanning as well as provide feedback and suggestion to management to ensure MRACC product’s competitiveness in the market.
- To conduct regular client visits, conduct product updates and sales presentations
- To participate, promote and offer MRACC product to potential clients during sales events and trade shows
- To secure documents to facilitate the accreditation of corporate accounts and availment of loan borrowers
- To act as first level point person in handling customer concerns or issues
- Assist in the collection efforts of the company, through follow-up and request of information on defaulting parties
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree holder in Marketing, Business Management, Finance or any related field
- Have at least with 2 years work experience in B2B sales
- Willing to do retail selling
- Willing to travel and work on field
- Preferably driving own car
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Presentable, articulate, with strong persuasion skills
- Willing to do sales presentations and participate in trade fairs
- Willing to work on weekends from time to time
