Job Description
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements that will significantly contribute to the goals of the organization.
- Create or update Detailed Work Instruction as reference guide according to the need of the system users.
- Train the new ERP Users on the tasks that they need to perform in the system.
- Troubleshoot and assists the system users in any error that they may encountered in the system.
- Coordinate with external ERP provider for ERP Support and other ERP Service engagement
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business-related course
- Advanced knowledge and experience in analyzing Business Processes.
- At least 2 years’ experience in using Acumatica or other ERP such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
- Can work under minimal supervision and willingness to self-study.
- Highly credible - can be trusted in handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills especially in transferring rightful amount of knowledge to the users.
