Job Description
A subsidiary of MFT Group of Companies, Inc. is searching for an Administrative Staff that will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day stock trading operations of the company. See below for the specific responsibilities and qualifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Should be able to provide operational support to the Dealers daily market activities.

- Spearheads brokerage administration and transactional tasks
- Manages account processes and settlements (opening/ withdrawal/ funding/ transfer)
- Coordinates with back office for account processes and settlements (opening/ withdrawal/ funding/ transfer)
- Coordinates with back office for cash and/or stock dividends, IPO/ stock rights/ tender offers, and other notices
- Ensures all statement of accounts (SOAs) of clients are reconciled on a daily basis with any exception investigated and managed accordingly
- Consolidates all SOAs of daily trades and submits to Accounting Department on a bi-monthly basis
- Prepares incident reports (i.e., error transactions) and coordinates with customer support unit for resolutions

2. Will be responsible for the encoding and organizing soft and hard copies of clients’ documents and other KYC requirements.
3. Updating all monitoring sheets and client database.
4. Should be able to answer clients’ concerns and issues on a daily basis.
5. Should be able to oversee and follow-up with the attendees for activities and seminars such as Stock Market 101.
6. Performs routine clerical, reception, and administrative duties with minimal supervision
7. Answers and routes telephone calls: appropriately greets caller, records accurate messages, and documents questions or needed follow-up and communicates this to unit personnel
8. Manages meeting schedules, phone conferences, travel plans, etc.
9. Prepares meeting agendas and rooms/ venues, and attend these meetings to record meeting minutes
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course. Business graduates not required but a welcome addition.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Must be able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Should have a pleasing personality, respectful with good communication skills.
- Should be a fast learner, self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
- Must be willing to learn the basics of equities trading.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsof Excel.
