Job Description
- Communicate with clients over the phone, email, video chat, in person meeting and other channels.
- Assist and attend to property viewings with clients.
- Master project details and answers clients questions accurately
- Thoroughly conduct intensive research and submit reports on the status of the assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with research team for good listing opportunities available in the market by categories, area and property type that the company seeks to acquire.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
- 3 Full time positions available
- Preferably with previous experience from real estate or other service oriented industries.
- Above-average negotiation & communication skills
- Highly resourceful
