Job Description
- Assists in the voucher and check preparation.
- Updates book of accounts.
- Reviews and summarizes daily disbursement activities
- Performs general office duties.
- Contributes to Finance/Accounting Unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, a graduate of Accountancy
- A year of experience in accounting work is an edge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or any accounting software such as Xero, Quickbooks, Peachtree, and Simply Accounting
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Fast learner, willing to learn, and detail oriented
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
