Job Description
- Encode and record day to day accounting transactions
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports
- Provide accurate calculations
- Prepare periodic inventories
- Bank and account receivables reconciliation
- Maintain and secure accounting files and documents
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Accountancy at least with one (1) year of experience in accounting work
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or any accounting software (Xero, Quickbooks, Peachtree, Simply Accounting)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fast learner, willing to learn, and detail oriented
