Job Description
- Write and post job advertisements to different platforms
- Source and screen potential candidates from external databases
- Manage interview schedules
- Endorse scheduled candidates to Human Resources Associate and Human Resources Officer
- Assist on HR recruitment and administrative tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing HR-related degree (Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related degrees)
- Keen eye for details, organized, highly analytical and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Technically savvy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
