Job Description
- Conducts site inspection
- Prepares inspection reports
- Coordinates and supervises all construction groups.
- Provide cutting lists of structural reinforcements to be approved by the structural design engineer.
- Ensure that the installed reinforcement bars are based on the approved cutting lists.
- Monitor the delivery and supply of reinforcement bars.
- Instruct and supervise the steel men about their daily activities.
- Responsible for successful concreting activities of the project.
- Responsible in documentation and updating data of subcontractors to be submitted to head office.
- Supervises site works if in compliance with the standards.
- Executes all works in compliance to IMS policies and procedures.
- Ensures tools and equipment available for every concreting works.
- Ensures workers are skilled in carrying out concreting works.
- Coordinates all schedules to RMC supplier to avoid delay.
- Coordinates to all teams schedule of concreting works in all areas.
- Attends toolbox meeting religiously.
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
Rebar, Concreting, Formworks
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering Course.
- At least one (1) year of experience in the construction of engineering field.
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications and CAD program.
