Job Description
The position will assist the Legal Counsel in providing day-to-day legal support, performing general administrative tasks and coordinating with the Company’s various departments
- Assist in the preparation, review and execution of various contracts, correspondences, notices and other documents submitted for legal review;
- Update and organize records for safekeeping, easy access and retrieval;
- Evaluate incoming contracts for review against previously determined requirements;
- Track revisions of documents created, reviewed and modified by Legal;
- Proofread all outgoing documents and ensure that all necessary attachments are included;
- Maintain a systematic recordkeeping process to track the status of outgoing contracts;
- Coordinate and monitor pending feedback or requested action from other departments or counterparties in order to ensure that work is completed within acceptable timeframes;
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles pertaining to the Company’s various businesses;
- Obtain relevant information from government agencies or organizations;
- Manage requests for review of contracts, correspondences and other documents;
- Release execution version of reviewed documents subject to clearance by the Legal Counsel; and
- Implement processes to improve ways of working internally subject to the prior approval of the Legal Counsel.
- Monitor compliance with the legal-related policies of the Company; and
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Legal Counsel from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Legal Management, or any related field.
- At least two (2) years of related work experience is preferred for this position.
- Experience in drafting and/or negotiating legal and business documents is an advantage.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work well under pressure and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively.
- Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
