Job Description
A Marketing Officer will be working with Marketing and Program Management to design, operationalize and manage campaigns.
He/She will be also be responsible for:
- Assisting in planning and implementation of targeted acquisition and retention programs using customer insights across the customer lifecycle
- Facilitating the on-ground and online activation requiring smart relationship with agency partners and vendors
- Keeping abreast with loyalty and marketing trends to identify new opportunities for value creation
- Developing loyalty marketing content fit for target audience ensuring alignment with Loyalty program objectives and brand strategy
- Ensuring that campaigns are delivered to right channel with right message at the right time
- Helping in maximizing member acquisition and usage, campaign profitability and managing the costs to budgeted levels
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or other related courses
- Has experienced working alongside Marketing, Data Analytics, Member Insights and Research peers and suppliers to identify improvements to loyalty program partners
- Distribution os Sales management experience would also be highly regarded
- Has demonstrated ability to produce reports, documents, presentation and business cases efficiently and effectively
- At least 2-3 years solid experience in handling loyalty/rewards program
- Must have good communication and presentation skills
