Job Description
- Handling end-to-end administrative recruitment process from sourcing, screenening, and up until onboarding, then ensure all process are in timely manner.
- Updating internal databases and dashboards, e.g. by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Manage and control the administrative activities of the office, HR information system to ensure optimal availability of support for the smooth operations of the company.
- Collect and follow up new hire pre-employment documents.
- Shadowing and assissting for the Interview Process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Law / Psychology/ Human Resource Management from reputable university.
- Strong analytical thinking and committed to achieve goals.
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good presentation abilities, initiation, and negotiation skills.
- Organized, willing, and able to handle administrative tasks
- Tools: Microsoft Office, Google Suites
