Job Description
- Plan and announce the release windows and cycles across all teams including but not limited to BD/PD/Dev/QA.
- Manage and escalate risks that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
- Measure, monitor and better process of Release.
- Coordinate cross team communication and corporation related to release process.
- Organize and conduct necessary retrospect on overall release, milestone.
- Report release status including but not limited in release process length, risks, milestone delay.
- Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
- Participate in meetings to discuss and understand release scope and/or roadblocks
- Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
- Manage and escalate risks that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
- 2 - 3 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development.
- Basic programming knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle is required.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must.
