Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and answers inquiries from consumers (end users) via Ticketing system related to Risk.
  • Take appropriate actions to minimize the overall customer service risk profile by adapting procedures.
  • Day to day activity through internal ticketing system and chat application.
  • Work with colleagues to identify any actions that might be taken to reduce Risk.
  • Handling the customer through Outbound call or Walk-in that related to Risk.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving/multi-tasking skills.
  • Good communications skills, both verbal and written, able to convey information in a clear and concise manner, ask appropriate probing questions (English & Bahasa).
  • Have strong knowledge about Risk and Customer Service procedure.
  • Innovative, constantly seeking ways to improve processes.
  • Proactive attitude and focus, desire to learn and improve professionally.
  • Good computer skills: Proficient in Word, internet browsers/search engines, and experience with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Zendesk a plus, but not required.
  • Preferred previous experience working in CS Risk.

Work Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs. (Monday – Sunday /5 Working days)
