Job Description

  • Deliver knowledge and process about DANA to partner affiliation as project required (When required).
  • Deliver knowledge and process about DANA to partner BPO of certain specific project incoming as of client requirements (When required for knowledge deliver about DANA& weekly.
  • Develop new hire onboarding align with internal BPO support team within learning curve process.
  • Internal calibration of knowledge communication between DANA and BPO.
  • Provide solution/insight of agent weaknesses within area of soft skill/product knowledge/tools utilization & SOP process.
  • BPO weekly mystery call/email/social media with different touch points as part of client audit.
  • Perform daily client new onboarding monitoring as a corrective action improvement.
  • Create and develop module training.
  • Social media expertise.
  • Involved and monitored new hire training process and quality at BPO partner.
  • Weekly & monthly performance report.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have a good knowledge of training methodology.
  • Able to create and revamp module training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good critical thinking and good initiatives.
  • Social media expert or min average.
  • Able to work base on target.
  • Good communication.
  • Have a good capability and knowledge about training strategy.
  • Able to perform transaction monitoring within the learning curve process.
