Dynamics AX Associate (Business Application Associate)  

Position Summary:

• Assust in mirgration on new ERP system
• Provide AX related assistance to all business units

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop the work instructions and validate the design
• Conduct trainings for software users
• Set up parameters to be applied in the new ERP system
• Assist in sumulation of business processes as well as the requirements
• Assist in monitoring the communication between AX users in understainding their requirements and prioritization
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Business, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in testing techniques and methodologies
• Good written and communication skills

Competencies:

• Knowledge on business process management or equivalent processes
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to AX
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and solve problems proactively
• Capbale to listen and respond appropriately to others
