Sales Coordinator  

• Coordinates sales related activities within the company to help sales department achieve sales target;
• Contacts customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow-up calls to confirm sales presentation, meetings and/or orders, if any;
• Ensures that Sales Executives have sufficient quantities of sales support materials, such as brochures or printed company profile;
• Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls , emails, messages when Sales Executive is not available;
• Ensures accuracy and timely processing of bid documents;
• Informs business partners and/or customers of any delays in product purchase and arranges alternative delivery date, if needed;
• Contacts CS department to deal with any product or technical issues;
• They production of presentations and supporting materials, such as technical papers to help Sales Executive win business;
• Maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the Management;
• Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Educational Background

• Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university

Training/Experience (Training/seminars, short courses required to perform the job)

• With relevant experience as sales coordinator for at least 2 years
• Knowledgeable in office management systems
• Adept with computer applications
