Transaction Coordinator


Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes
  • Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend closing process
  • Enter all client information into the client database

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good command of the English language
  • Has good work ethics
  • Must be a good team player
  • Able to work in flexible hours
  • High attention in detail


  • Computer processor: 1 GHz or above; Intel® Core or AMD equivalent is highly required
  • RAM: At least 4GB of RAM (8GB is recommended) with 60GB hard disk space available
  • Internet connectivity: 5 Mbps and up wired DSL Internet connection (USB sticks, signal-based & wireless connections are not allowed)
  • Peripherals: Headset with noise-canceling feature & a high definition web camera
