Job Purpose

• To handle volume, bulk, or commercial buyers or sales of The Home Depot

Duties and Responsibilities

• Generate appropriate sales invoice for volume / bulk sales transaction
• To go out & identify potential new construction & close sales
• To assist client (A-architect, B-builders, C-contractors, D-developers, E-engineering and and user) with a given bill of materials for projects or walk-in.
• To hit monthly Quota set by the management. (HR)
• Ensure all documents are properly documented. (Audit)
• Submit daily report needed to his / her superior (Manager)
• Ensures that product recommended to client must be set standard by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
• To promote promo of the management (price guarantee, loyalty card, unionbank, auto lotto 2, red tag sale and other relevant marketing aspects)
• For walk-in – beginning inquiry until transaction and delivery for after sales feedback.
• For project – Email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation) and saturation (present sample needed by the client) convert into sales.
• To join events given by the Marketing, Corp. Comm and top management

• Degree Holder (Architecture, Engineering or equivalent is a plus)
• At least 1 year work experience in sales in construction and hardware industry.
• Must have a pleasing personality
• Computer literate
