- Checks all reports send in by the head cashiers to the Treasury Manager for their accuracy, punctuality, and completeness;
- Fill-up the checklist of head cashiers;
- Conducts ocular visits to branches during times when the head cashiers are on their day off and when an audit is needed to check if the duties and responsibilities of the head cashier, section head cashier, and cashiers are being fulfilled;
- Performs other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Possesses a tertiary degree in Business or Finance;
- Professional and progressive experience in Accounting with strong emphasis on the Treasury function;
- Knowledge in:
- Retail Store Operations Setup;
- Operations and accounting processes;
- Treasury concepts, funding, cash management, and bank transactions;
- SAP B1 System- Financial and Banking Modules;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software to a competent standard;
- Above average verbal and written communications skills;
- Management skills including supervision and development of staff;
- Advanced interpersonal relationship and communication skills;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
