- Initiate local store marketing and provide strategic and operational planning input to assess customer wants and needs.
- Responsible in planning, assigning and directing certain job tasks to ASM / SS / SH.
- Ensure the availability of fats moving items, be it outright or concessionaire, by constant monitoring and on time ordering of items.
- Meeting all store personnel (back office team) twice a month for the preparation of the next month target.
- Administer store rules and regulation/procedures and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate store and employees performance and implement action to achieve desired results/targets.
- Monitor the performance of the top 25 concessionaires and take necessary actions to further improve its sale contribution.
- Coordinate with admin to ensure safety and security of the store, its employees and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Degree Holder preferably Business Administration, Engineering, or Commerce.
- At least 5 years work experience in retail operations/ service industry.
- Has knowledge in Retail and Operation Process and detail oriented.
- Computer literate that can operate basic MS Programs.
- Good English command in verbal and written communication.
- Has People Skills, Managerial Skills, Negotiation skills and Crisis Managerial Skills.
