- Ensures all time keeping forms of all agency based employees are done and processed.
- Double checks all submitted computations of billing reports from HR Officers of all branches.
- Monitors implementation of all government mandated procedures and makes sure they are done properly;
- Regularly coordinates with all manpower agencies
- Ensures that all HR related activities are done within the specified deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- At least (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Applicant must be willing to work in NCR;
- Preferably with at least five (5) years supervisory experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Position is for full-time employment;
- Needs to be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- Needs to be knowledgeable in Benefits and Compensation;
- Needs to be knowledgeable in Government policies and procedures.
- Needs to possess above average verbal and written communication skills;
- Must possess good interpersonal skills;
- Must possess excellent leadership skills.
